❓ About the Department

The Logistics & Operations department ensures the seamless execution of every event by handling all the behind-the-scenes details that make a hackathon run smoothly.

This team ensures all logistics are covered, from coordinating the venue and managing catering and security to organizing equipment, workshops, networking events, and sponsor booths. Additionally, the department is critical in managing event personnel, including judges, mentors, and volunteers, ensuring everyone is well-prepared and supported. Comprised of a VP of Logistics and a VP of Hacker Experience, this department works closely with all teams to create an exceptional experience for both participants and event stakeholders. Their focus is on delivering flawless event operations, so the hackathon itself can shine.
